Empowering Aurora Operations with tools to use self-driving trucks.

As the head of the Aurora Operations Experience team, I lead the designers and UX researchers that create the tools used to operate fleets of self-driving trucks.

• Responsible for the user experience of four applications to launch and land self-driving trucks, provide on-road fleet support and remote assistance to trucks, and diagnose and recover truck software issues used by Aurora’s Terminal Operations, Vehicle Reliability Engineering, and Command Center teams.

• Designed a shared visibility operational platform that reduced tool fragmentation and increased user trust and confidence in their tasks.
